Classes
We offer mat classes, private and small group apparatus training, and are proud to host Stott Pilates® teacher education through Calgary Pilates Centre. As well as traditional pilates repertoire, we offer specialty classes in Golf, Dance, Back Care, Pre and Post Natal training, and other fun classes.
