In this transitory stage of your life, a little movement and strengthening can aid in your physical and mental well-being in a big way! Taking care to protect the back and baby we will bring awareness to your core, pelvic floor, and breath, allowing the body to release tension and prevent injury.  

Must be either pregnant or 6 weeks postpartum with doctors permission. Infants in car seats will be allowed into the studio but for safety reasons no crawlers please.

No previous pilates experience required
