Classes
These classes are intended for any fitness level, with any level of experience in Pilates. All classes are limited to 5 participants.
Absolute Abs: A 45 Minute Class using any and all Pilates apparatus to work all layers of your abs without overstraining your neck.
Legs: Sally Ain't Got No Saddlebags! A 45 Minute Class using the reformer to work your legs from all angles, top to bottom. Check out the Double Header special under Fees!
Women on Weights: A toning class for women, using traditional weights, squats, lunges, and abs. Did you know increased muscle tone increases the amount of calories burned at rest?
