Equipment Classes
Equipment sessions are done on larger apparatus called the Reformer, Stability Chair or the Tower. All of these pieces are based on spring resistance. During any given "Reformer" Class we may explore any or all of these pieces.
- Beginner Reformer:
- For clients new to Pilates. All aspects of the reformer repertoire will be explored. All ages and abilities welcome!
- Intermediate Reformer:
- For those clients looking to move a little faster and explore some of the intermediate exercises in a fun atmosphere.
- Advanced Reformer:
- For those clients who are familiar with most intermediate exercises and are ready to try some advanced and other equipment options.
- Reformer Jump:
- For those clients who want the benefits of the reformer with the fun and cardio benefits of the jumpboard intervals.
- 20/20/20:
- A fast moving intermediate/advanced class that includes 20 minutes of reformer, 20 minutes of cadillac, and 20 minutes of stability chair exercises.
- Seniors Reformer:
- A fun beginner level class suited for those aged 50+ looking to include some strength and flexibility in thier routines.
