Paula Vandal
Paula started her fitness career after her daughter was born in 1992. She wanted to get into shape and loss weight. After her son was born three years later, she decided to become trained to teach group fitness and started volunteering with the YMCA instructing fitness classes. After 10 years of volunteering and two more kids later, decided to make fitness and teaching others her career.
Paula was introduced to Pilates through the YMCA and was instantly intrigued because of the intelligent and effective exercises taught through the repertoire. Pilates has helped balance Paula's activity from running and triathlons and her busy life. She now teaches STOTT PILATES® to others to add balance to their lives. |
