Having attained her bronze medallion and her CPR certification, she spent time volunteering and teaching swimming lessons to young children and youth. Being trained for 17 years in ballet and cecchetti, Léah has completed her Advanced 1 exam through the Cecchetti Society of Canada. She is an Irish step dancer and has completed 5 grades of the Irish Dancers Diploma Examination of An Coimisiun Le Rinci Gaelacha. She travels to compete in dance and has taught dancers of various ages. Recently, she acquired a bilingual Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alberta.
Léah became involved in pilates in 2004 and began learning the STOTT PILATES® method in 2005 under the instruction of Erin Sargent.
