About
Edmonton Pilates Centre is Edmonton's finest contemporary Pilates studio. We are located on the third floor of the Callingwood Professional Centre, 6650-177 Street in Edmonton's west end.
We are a fully equipped studio with professional STOTT PILATES® equipment including 4 reformers, 3 towers, 3 stability chairs, Cadillac, ladder barrel, rehab reformer, and spine correctors, arc barrels, and other small apparatuses. The sunny and spacious studio boasts a group training area and an elegant massage therapy retreat.
Our friendly staff are all STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructors. STOTT PILATES® is a Canadian company, offering world class contemporary teacher education in Joseph Pilates method. While Joseph Pilates was exceedingly ahead of his time in movement philosophy, the STOTT PILATES® method has taken his work and revamped it to include modern knowledge of biomechanics and kinesiology, as well as to make it more accessible to the general public.
We offer mat classes, private and small group apparatus training, and are proud to host STOTT PILATES® teacher education through the Calgary Pilates Centre. As well as traditional pilates repertoire, we offer specialty training in Golf, Dance, Back Care, Pre and Post Natal training. If you can't come to us, we will come to you. Offering corporate wellness programs and personal training, we believe in making fitness as convenient, accessible and fun as possible.
